it’s fun to mix it up with cartoony stuff once in a while.
using the drawing from yesterday’s figure drawing session as reference, i did a quick sketch of some sci-fi chick with guns. it helps a lot to start with a real pose.
i finished my toned paper sketchbook.
this is the last pose of the night from the tuesday night figure drawing. the model was wearing a giant afro wig that hid her face, so i filled it in with a different face and hair.
i don’t like drawing with regular pencils because they smear, but col-erase makes erasable color pencils that don’t smear, so that’s what i used for this.
more babies. this one needs some help.
i drew this crazy baby that unfolds with weapons and becomes a little tank of sorts. he will crawl around and hunt you down!
these are 3 unrelated characters.
i’ve been falling behind on posting (but not drawing), but i finally posted all of my drawings from my 2 week sabbatical. hopefully i’ll be able to post the rest of my drawings from feb, and catch up soon.
more people, a robot that looks like johnny 5 from short circuit, and blanka from streetfighter about to eat a fireball.
